# Privacy Policy **Last updated:** September 14, 2026 This Privacy Policy describes how **YTV PRO** ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the **YTV PRO** application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. --- ## 1. Information we do NOT collect We do **not** require you to register, create an account, or sign in to use the App. The App does **not** collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information on our own behalf. ## 2. Information you provide (stored locally on your device) - When you add a video link to your playlist, we store the **title**, **URL**, and optional **user agent** you enter. - This data is saved **only on your device** inside the App's local database. - We do **not** upload, transmit, or share your saved playlist with any server or third party. - You can delete your saved links at any time from within the App, or clear all App data through your device settings. ## 3. Information processed by third-party SDKs The App integrates advertising and analytics services that may automatically collect certain device and usage information: ### a) Google AdMob (advertisements) - The App displays banner and interstitial ads provided by Google AdMob. - AdMob may collect your device's advertising identifier (AAID/advertiser ID), approximate location (if you have enabled location services at the OS level), IP address, and information about your device and ad interactions, to show ads and measure their effectiveness. - For more information, see Google's Privacy & Terms: https://policies.google.com/privacy - You can opt out of personalized advertising from Google at: https://adssettings.google.com ### b) Start.io (StartApp) (advertisements) - The App may display ads provided by the Start.io SDK. - Start.io may collect your device's advertising identifier, device information, IP address, and interaction data to serve and measure ads. - For more information, see Start.io's Privacy Policy: https://www.start.io/policy ### c) Google Analytics for Firebase - The App includes Firebase Analytics for anonymous, aggregate usage statistics (e.g., how many users open the App, session lengths). - This data is used to improve the App's stability and user experience and is handled in accordance with Google's privacy policy. - For more information, see: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy Please note that these third-party services have their own privacy policies, and we do not control how they process the data collected on their behalf. ## 4. Network access and remote configuration To function correctly, the App connects to servers to: - Fetch configuration and operational data (ad settings, update and maintenance information, premium eligibility status). - Resolve media stream links when you play certain channels. These requests contain only the technical data required for the request itself. We do **not** use these connections to collect information about the videos you watch or any personal data about you. ## 5. Unlike mobile streaming apps, it does **not** access or modify files on your device's external storage. ## 6. Children's privacy The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. Valid ad serving for children is handled solely according to Google's and Start.io's policies. ## 7. Data sales We do **not** sell your personal information. ## 8. Data retention - Data you save locally (playlists) remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App. - Data collected by third-party ad/analytics providers is retained according to their own privacy policies. ## 9. Security The App stores your local data in a private device database. Communications with the configuration servers and stream-resolution servers are made over HTTPS. Because the App holds no account system and does not transmit your personal data, the risk to your privacy is minimal. ## 10. Your choices - **Advertising:** You can reset your advertising identifier or opt out of interest-based ads at any time in your device's Google settings. - **Permissions:** You can revoke any runtime permission through your device's App settings. - **Local data:** Delete saved links in the App or clear App data to remove all locally stored information. - **Uninstall:** Removing the App deletes all locally stored data. ## 11. Changes to this policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. ## 12.
